Bug Fix: Bug Tracking for PHP-Nuke at Nuke Cops |
|
Proud to present with the blessing of the PHP.net development staff, Bugs.NukeCops.com. Its a full bug tracking and reporting system that the PHP-Nuke community can use at Nuke Cops. Now the PHP-Nuke community can report bugs in a professional tracking system, and the Elite Nukers will monitor the system. From now on, please use this system to report bugs. Thank you to everyone involved.

Re: Bug Tracking for PHP-Nuke at Nuke Cops (Score: 1) by MikeMiles on Tuesday, August 05 @ 23:11:59 CEST (User Info | Send a Message) | Users are notorious for not using bug trackers. Some faithfully do but most people do not. They'll make a little post about having trouble. Even if you give them a link to the tracker many won't take the extra step to document it in there. So, it'll take a conscious effort on your part to keep reminding people to do that when they hit into bugs. You might even want to think about redirecting your bug forum over to that one to give everyone a push.
Although it's nice to see you all getting organized like other projects have done, I would recommend you look at how you are presenting information. It's getting very cluttered at the top of the pages. To a brand new person, I think the pages probably look very chaotic. |
