Most of these exploit theories have been around for over a year. Flash 5 was the first, Flash 6 was affected, and Flash MX is still affected by several exploits.
The best way is to uninstall these applications from any IE6 browser.
If you must browse with Flash use Mozilla for more security (even though some affect Mozilla also).
