Trickle Email is a simple script that runs in the background!
The script enables webmasters to send all their registered users an Email while eliminating high server loads and error pages. Each time your server receives a hit; Trickle Email will check the time and decided whether or not to send the next Email. (PHPNUKE 5.5)
