Gives the ability for members to upload HTML files images etc under their personal dir, also to rename, delete, move, create subfolders etc, add-ons included so the user can install a forum, a guestbook, a hit counter, etc, the admin can remove sites, set a limit of the free space, delete all inactive sites, etc.
