Enhancement Tweak of Classified Ads.

1) fixed all known bugs
2) restructured the whole codes
3) enhanced portability to make it run in all SQL servers as PHP-Nukes do
4) add more features such as classified ads.'s front-end terms & agreements
5) new database.

The primary purpose of this enhanced tweaking is to make run flawless in all PHP-Nuke environment because the most recent Nuke C is riped enough to run as an excellent module for phpnuke.
