PHP-Nuke: PHPNuke 6.5 Enhanced Downloads Module V0.02

Just in time for the Public Release of PHPNuke 6.5! I added the Mirror-Link validation now. To upgrade no database changes are needed. Just download the archive and extract the files. Find html/admin/modules/download.php and upload to your Nuke_Root/admin/modules/download.php
