phpmyadmin v 2.5.5 rc 1 released - a bunch of new features

"Welcome to this first release candidate for 2.5.5. As stated in a previous message, now we offer only .php version in the kits, so support for PHP 3 is dropped."

I love this proggie! I just tried to download 2.5.5-rc1, but the links on the official web site are all jacked up.
