(User Info | Send a Message) | Where's your terms in Russian or any other language for that matter? Those of you who want to make your stuff available to people in non-English speaking countries, should have terms written in multiple languages. It's not unusual for meanings to get lost in translation. Not everyone has the same command of the English language.
If we tried translating his Russian webpages into English, major portions would probably come out as gibberish or the meanings would be entirely different. You can see this happen very easily using an automatic translator like Babelfish.
Anyway, if you released your themes under GPL what he is doing is just fine because you gave permission under that license. If you did not release it under such a license, then what he is doing is not right. If it's the latter case, please take this off-board to discuss with him. He may be a total jerk or very possibly he doesn't understand English that well and mistranslated your terms.

(User Info | Send a Message) | I understand english language(because I live in cultural capital of Russia in St.Petersburg), but I don't visit his website because I dowloads his( and other themes) from other website.
I hasn't removed copyright and modificated all themes. |
