Maybe here you can find the Visitor Theme Chooser.
It was for an older version of phpNuke but it might work.

Sorry for late reply.

I think you could copy the file(s) and rename.
Once renamed you have to go through the file(s) and change all the references of the links to 'ephemerids" to the new name.

I think you will find the <head< and </head> tags in the header.php in the root of your installation, NOT in the theme folder.

That should be:

And if you do that you should start your script at the top with;
