Well, I finally discovered that it was the index.php file itself (from Sentinel) that was causing the problem. I replaced that with the default and now everything works.

You'll need to go into phpMyAdmin, click on the "nuke_reviews" table in the list of links, then BROWSE the table, find "title" and remove the quotes.

Yep. Your top link is set to go to "Forum". You just need to add an "s" on to the end in the link, so it goes to "Forums" like your other link.
