Do you have NSN-Groups installed?
If so, you may need to apply an .sql upgrade file. Check over at nukescripts.net if so.

in fixchanges.txt, Step 1 basically deletes admin_styles.php and then step 17 then modifies the file. Hmmm. Of course I am actually following fixchanges instead of installing the files due to mods. ... |
