The latest patch for PHP-Nuke
Just about all variables have been secured against sql injection by running a check on their content before inserting anything into the database tables and after having extracted anything from them as well, any module that had not been secured before has been included as well as all admin files. Most files have been converted to the new abstraction layer, i will do my best to finish the ones the are not yet converted this week, time at which i should be back full time.
Since i have had no real chance to test these files you should make a backup of your current files before uploading these.
Downloads:
Nuke 6.0 - Nuke 6.5 - Nuke 6.6-6.8 - Nuke 6.9 & Nuke 7.0 (This last version is not the full pack, 7.0 can be downloaded at phpnuke.org).
I can't stress this enough, make a backup before doing anything, the files have not been tested.
Admin Note: These patches are only online to let others know what is headed their way, do not use them for now as they have been reported to have errors.

Re: PHP-Nuke Patched (Score: 1) by checksum on Friday, October 31 @ 15:32:59 CET (User Info | Send a Message) | Do you have a readme.doc file for what changes have been applied to these files and and their corresponding fixes?
Since I do not want to just overwrite my existing files because of all the mod I have implemented.
Thanks. |

Re: well..... (Score: 1) by marcofulvio on Friday, October 31 @ 18:14:46 CET (User Info | Send a Message) | I tried to upload all the files to my 6.9 phpnuke version, and I got fatal errors on mainfile.php, index.php, auth.php (or it is user_auths.php dont remember). So I decided to come back to my original files, now running 100%.
Please someone double check the 6.9 patches.... didn't work to me.
cheers |

Re: PHP-Nuke Patched (Score: 1) by Johan1982 on Friday, October 31 @ 18:59:39 CET (User Info | Send a Message) | In Nuke 6.0, auth.php does not work me well, when treatment to enter, requests login constantly to me, as if it entered with login and password incorrect, impossible to enter the Menu of Administration. For that reason I have decided to use auth.php that it had before. |

What for to publish that yet is not checked up!?
Plenty of critical mistakes! Do not establish the data patch!
And it is necessary for the managers nukecops concerns to the business more responsibly.

Re: PHP-Nuke Patched (Score: 1) by chatserv on Saturday, November 01 @ 08:07:04 CET (User Info | Send a Message) http://nukeresources.com | My personal thanks to Judas & all those reporting any errors, i expected the files to have a few, like i said the files have not been tested. To be honest i only placed them online to let others know what is being done, to the usual whiners and complainers be patient, once i have a chance to be online full time i will test all files and correct any & all errors, to those that know what i can do hold back on using the files for now but thanks for testing them, i will hopefully have all files converted and fixed in a few days. By the way a big hi to all friends, miss you all. |
