Note from the PHPNuke.org website administrator: A user contacted me about this post. This theme looks like based on Vipixel theme (look here).
I need to clarify some things here:
1) Whatever theme, block and/or module that requires any part of PHP-Nuke software to properly run is by default licensed under GPL. There isn't any possibility to re-license it.
2) If anyone creates a theme and uses another theme to make his own, that ok but copyright messages should be respected and leave in their place. I don't know if the file offered by PowerNuke includes the original copyright because I didn't downloaded the file since it requires registration. If it doesn't have the copyright I want to make a call to the PowerNuke theme's author to include it as required by the GPL license.
3) To any developer or theme authors: Please don't rip others hard work and respect copyrights, we don't want to start a legal war here, ok? It's so easy to follow the rules!

you can't just removing our theme copyright, converting and changing it like the way you want without asking permission!

Well we have no problem if you want to create theme based on our "FREE THEME DESIGN" but please leave small credit to us, why?

We design it with planning, brainstorming and this is a team HARDWORKS not just grabbing and modified LOL! and even you're using themecentral.com logo allover the places on your site

Not to mention these are public themes we offer to the public for free without expecting anything back. Designer like Vipixel is one of the best ones I've seen, why risk a good designer to stop making themes for the public? |

It looks like the same graphics only re-colored.
The graphic buttons are the same only modified. The header is the same only color changed a little.
Also in the theme.php the information there says that mikem, ME made that theme.?????????????
I just downloaded it from Powernuke and it has MY credits in it. That tells me that Powernuke has "made" a theme that is not their original creation and they did not give credit to Vi Pixel.
It's really plain to see. There is no argument.
Even the block indluded has my credientials.
All that is being asked is for proper credit and also for asking of permission to modify someone elses ORIGINAL work.
Proper Credit needs to be like this
