I built a mashup that will provide you details on IP, Country, Region, Longitude and Latitude of hack attempts on a Google map.

Hope this will be of some use to lots of people who have various ports open ftp/ssh.
I was thinking if we could probably track various failed login statistics on admin.php (some recoding and use an additional table, to store the failures and report on totals and daily, weekly, monthly and plot say 30 most recent based on source ip too.
Or does somebody already have this? if so I haven't seen it.
