Now offered from http://dadanuke.org as a PHP-Nuke block, all your guests or members will have to do is click on the Spyware Guide button or file link, download a simple registry patch (always backup your registry), double click the registry file to enter it into the registry and ActiveX protection will be activated.
With Spyware Guides Spyware Blocklist, guests and members to your site who may still use Internet Explorer (eek!), will have access to a system that blocks known "dubious" ActiveX controls from running inside Internet Explorer by setting the "Kill Bit". When a page tries to install a component from the block list, it will fail to run. When a page tries to use a component from the blocklist that was already present on your system, it will fail too!"
