La segunda edición se celebrará de nuevo en Málaga los días 15, 16 y 17 de febrero de 2006
El lema de esta nueva convocatoria, “Innovación y Libertad”, sintetiza los objetivos de la conferencia: mostrar el Software Libre como una realidad consolidada, una solución potente, robusta y segura para construir los sistemas de información de cualquier organización, y al mismo tiempo como un motor de inclusión ciudadana, capaz de vencer las barreras sociales y económicas que sufre la revolución del conocimiento, poniendo a disposición de todos unos desarrollos informáticos abiertos y de calidad. Las principales líneas temáticas serán:
* Cómo evoluciona el entorno del Software Libre, métodos de desarrollo, colaboración y cooperación.
* El Software Libre como catalizador del uso de estándares abiertos de libre uso, interoperabilidad, independencia tecnológica en los Sistemas de Información.
* Evolución de las licencias de software libre: de la GPL a la Creative Common.
* Responsabilidad de las Administraciones Públicas en el uso y desarrollo del software en sistemas de información y de la Sociedad del Conocimiento.
* Las tendencias actuales en tecnologías abiertas.
* El SL como clave en la educación y la inclusión digital: instrumento, motor de cambio y vector de ideas.
