StaticNuke v1.1 is now available! |
|
petermckane writes "
StaticNuke is an open source project for PHP Nuke webmasters. The idea is to
extend the existing functionality of PHP Nuke so that there is an administration
system for static content, pages that are required on some websites that seldom
or never change. StaticNuke provides both the ability to easily create these
pages, but also the ability to manage and modify them from within the PHP Nuke
administration system itself. It creates module folders automatically and
deletes them with a single click. Not only that, but the new version comes with
support for Right Side menus and true HTML support for static pages.
The project has had over 200 downloads in a little over a week of being active.
I would like to personally thank everyone that syndicated the news of the launch
of StaticNuke. It was incredible looking at the Google results, and to you all I
owe a debt of gratitude. Special thanks goes to my significant other Elvira for
inspiration and even some debugging. To the StaticNuke users, you will all be
pleased to hear that you will no longer have to configure any files manually at
all, the system is fully self-configuring! Grab the latest version of StaticNuke
from
www.staticnuke.com!
Any feedback is appreciated, there is a forum on the StaticNuke website where
everyone is welcome, and if you make a suggestion that is included in the
StaticNuke project you will be fully accredited. Thanks for reading!"
