Flash on / off by a single push of a button in theme cp
Header navigation updates "On the Fly" with theme cp (either you're using flash nav or non flash nav, links updates when you edit them through theme cp)
Matching phpbb template of course
Matching account icons
Preset styles and settings added into source files (psd / fla) for easy logo editing.

(User Info | Send a Message) | Do any of these themes use password protected flash elements or can they be tailored by the user?
