1. a new project was set up: JNUKE-Project on Sourceforge.net
"We've been impressed with the incredible community that has grown around the PHP-Nuke Portal application. An incredible number of sites run it, and there are tremendous amounts of add-ons, themes and other efforts around the PHP-Nuke phenomenon. We feel that the same thing can happen around a java-based content management system -- creating the same community effort but using Java as the core technology."
2. the fabulous JBOSS.org - people started the second open source javanuke-project: "PHPNuke has been ported to 100% pure Java code. Please travel over and visit the JBOSS.org - people and look what they started
