 kbgus writes "SassaNews is a PHP-based tool for adding syndicated Google News headlines to your site. It was designed to work with PHP-based content management systems (e.g. phpNuke), but could be used with other RSS tools as well. SassaNews saves searches on your server to minimize bandwidth-using searches. It searches on demand / does not require scheduled (e.g. CRON) jobs and uses a security key to block bandwidth-stealing access by other servers.

(User Info | Send a Message) http://www.stoneridgehoa.net | | Thanks to Scott Hurst for identifying a bug that caused Google News search results to be stored in the same file (sassanews.html) instead of the file requested and would prevent multiple searches on the same server from working correctly. The download has been updated. |
