Work in progress - Customer Satisfaction Survey |
|
 Nipper writes "I'm working on a new module for a Customer Satisfaction Survey. The survey submission section is done with standard questions rated 1 to 10, the option for free text multi choice questions and comments only questions.
You can opt to allow users to see results live or not. The survey calulates a satisfaction index for each question and overall and will have the ability to show results over time for managers/admins.
I am working on the admin centre now, so are there any other features people would like to see?
