Installation requires uploading a single file to your includes/ directory and a simple 2-line modification to header.php.
Addon has been tested on PHP-Nuke 6.5-6.9.
The following modules will have hierarchical TITLE tags based on the content being viewed:

Sections
Story Archive
Topics
Web Links
The Main Page will display the Site name and Slogan and modules not mentioned above will display the Site name and current module name.
