subBlack3d and subBlack3dblue difference?

Tho the themes are different, they are remotely the same. There is one option that I am wanting to change, but am not sure if it is even possible.
On the BB port of it, when using the "blue" version, the forums light up as you mouse over them. They dont do that on the regular3d version.

Is there a trick I can do to make this happen?

You can easily add the hack to your index_body.tpl and also viewtopic_body.tpl and viewforum_body.tpl if you want.
