When I use the Subblack3d or coldsteel themes my admin messages go away. If I move the block that has the admin messages to the left of right it will show up again just fine. It seems to only be messed up in the center position.

What vs of nuke are you using?
What hacks, mods etc have you added?
Do you get any errors anywhere on the page or does the message just not show up in those two themes?
Have you modified header.php?
