A little Google Tap Problem

OK, I post before something like this....

I have a problem with the installed google tap (0.6.5)

The link are traduced fine. (download.htm, links.htm ... etc.)

I change all header.php, footer.php, sessions.php and make the .htaccess File.

I only have one Problem now ...

This happens as i upload the .htaccess file.
So, and now ... ??? - shitty, or not ?

mod_rewrite is enabled on the webserver and on my localhost (for testing)

What can I do ???

Ah, i placed the .htaccess file where the index.php/header.php/footer.php are in (Basedirectory) --> Is this right ?

Please help, i would like to enjoy this piece of code .... Crying or Very sad

Zhen, I experienced the same thing when used the htaccess from the .65 archive. It went away when I grabbed the one form the cvs.

I never looked any further. But I thought I'd mention it.

The 0.6.5 was never meant to be the whole .htaccess. It was simply a file to copy from into your real .htaccess file.

The CVS version is indeed the complete one.

Check your file permissions on index.php. Sounds like you don't have it set to where the web daemon can read it.

I tried now all the permissions ....
Nothing ....

This really suckz ...
What can it be ? - I still don't know ...

Is the .htaccess file placed well ?

If this is the case, it can only be a file problem itself.

I also tried to include Follow Links.
Then i became an internal server error.

Any idea ? ...

Hmm... so long as the web daemon can access the file, then you just need to make sure your files look like those at cvs.nukecops.com, and that you have mod_rewrite enabled.

Otherwise, take a look at footer.php. You see where the GT entry is? Right below it is the foot() call, move it to just above the GT entry.

Thx, zhen ... but i think i have founf the problem.
The code is fine.
Mod_Rewrite is activacted but i have a control by my ISP.
I think he must change the Allow_Override.

I wrote an e-mail to my ISP and now i'm waiting for a response.

The problem was, that i didnt have the rights.
You must have the "Allow_Override" activated, to use the Rewrite Engine.

umm i have something similiar problem, i dont know, but i have a directory in my nuke directory, : nuke/images/smileys, i have made a list of smilies and made a .html file now my users go there and choose the smilie and paste the code, but when i upload the .htaccess file, it just doesnt allow to access that directory, and i had a subdomain thalassemia.com.pk/forum which redirects to : thalassemia.com.pk/nuke/modules.php?name=Forums, and it doesnt works too, what should i do? i mean what do i change in .htaccess so that it allows all the requests?

You have to allow indexing then for that directory if I understand you?
