I deleted all themes except DeepBlue. What can I do to reset all members themes to this default theme?

Note: I tried the below but got these errors...

Warning: main(config.php) [function.main]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in /home/cz/public_html/portal/themes/fixtheme.php on line 6
Fatal error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='') in /home/cz/public_html/portal/themes/fixtheme.php on line 6

<?php

#####################################################
#####################################################

require("config.php");

$host = $dbhost;
$database = $dbname;
$username = $dbuname;
$password = $dbpass;
$def_theme = "DeepBlue";
mysql_connect($host, $username, $password);
@mysql_select_db($database);

####################### BEGIN THE INSTALL #######################################

mysql_query("update ".$prefix."_config set Default_Theme='$def_theme'");

?>

Ok I did that and accessed the file via IE & it took me to a blank page. Is that what it is supposed to do?

I tested out this theory...

1) I created a test account & logged in.
2) I changed the theme to something other than my default DeepBlue then I logged out.
3) I then deleted the theme that I changed the test account to.
4) Then I logged back into the test account & low & behold the default theme was inplace.

So it looks like PHP-Nuke has a fail safe in place unless this script is what caused the above to work like it did.
