I don't know about anyone else, but I had to implement the fix here in order for myself to be listed correctly as Admin versus Mod. Going into the nuke_users table and bring up the record on yourself. If you check the value for "user_level" chances are it is set to "3" which signified Mod. Change that to a "2" and then you'll be known to phpBB as an Admin.
