Hi . my name Eddy from Indonesia.
I need help with my phpnuke.
I have a web .. www.abcde.com (it just an example)
And I have a subdomain xyz.abcde.com

I install phpnuke 6.9 at www.abcde.com n run well
I need to make another portal at xyz.abcde.com
If I have to install another nuke it will take alot of space.

Can I use same script from abcde.com to run a portal at xyz.abcde.com but with different database ?
Whad should i do or change from the script ?
Thank you very much

afaik, you cant run 2 sites off of 1 file structure.

if space is really the problem then do what i did yesterday

extract nuke to a folder on your HD
search the folders for "lang-*.php"
delete all but the language im using (english)

4.24 MB in space saved

delete all the extra themes
637 KB in space saved

delete the docs folder
1.71 MB in space saved

delete the modules/Addon_Sample and modules/WebMail
129 KB in space saved

delete the images/amazon folder
465 KB in space saved

in /blocks delete
block-Advertising.php
block-Amazon.php
block-Big_Story_of_Today.php
block-Encyclopedia.php
block-Ephemerids.php
block-Languages.php
block-Last_5_Articles.php
block-Random_Headlines.php
block-Sample_Block.php
readme.txt

21.4 KB in space saved

in /db delete (i assume you are using mysql3 here)
msaccess.php
mssql.php
mssql-odbc.php
mysql4.php
oracle.php
postgres7.php

48.1 KB in space saved

i installed nuke 7.0 alpha2 (which is normally 11.4 MB extracted) yesterday with a total footprint of 2.24 MB but i ripped forums out too Smile4.18 MB total footprint with forums though
