Ok, so I run a gaming (clan) site.... so naturally my visitors have alternate characters as part of their user name (I fully trust them and I'm sure they're not trying to inject code), so....

The problem: One of my visitor's name is (-_-). Now we used to have a phpBB only site, and I decided to come to Nuke. Is there any modification available to let him use that name without giving an error and blocking him?

Aye, thank you for that link. How ever I tried commenting out those portions in my index.php of Your_Account and my member is still receiving the HTML Tags error.

What I did so far was (this is all in Your_Account's index.php):

Code:

   /*if ((!$username) || ($username=="") || (ereg("[()^a-zA-Z0-9_-)]",$username))) $stop = "<center>"._ERRORINVNICK."</center><br>";*/

And below that a line or so....

Code:

/*if (strrpos($username,' ') > 0) $stop = "<center>"._NICKNOSPACES."</center>";*/

Any idea what's going on?
