Anyone ever have any HTML issues with this theme??

Can anyone out there fix this theme so all HTML tags actually work.

Example: H1 thru H4 do not work, HR does not work (actually they do work, but they do not appear, regardless of what color I choose).

Note: this theme was originally intended for v6.5.

Any help is appreicated.

Site A: Ver 7.5 with 3.3 Patch
Site B: Ver 7.5 with 3.4 Patch
