Need Someone to fix the 2 following errors

Currently my install of php is working perfectly except for 2 things

One being when i click on groups in the forum I get

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

ive scowered and searched and this thing is wooping my butt.

The second error is when I try to move or delete a forum post--- I get the same error as above and the address for the bar is

Well, it seems that not many are having this problem, but i am experiencing the problem the previous user mentions as his second problem - whenever i try to moderate any forum, i'm getting the 403 page displayed.

Why is this happening?

It does NOT happen on my Staging server, and i've been trying to find the difference for a couple of days now - no joy...

bio72301 - Did you manage to fix your second problem dude?
