Sql error when creating a new user

when i try to register a new user it will go to the confirm age post but not mater what you check i will get an error of

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'phpnuke.nuke_bbconfirm' doesn't exist

with a huge hash check (i am guessing)

then this at the end

File : usercp_register.php

can anyone help

i did every thing in that post except for adding the code to nuke root.
(cuz i don't know if you ment create a new file a put it there or add code to an existing file). But it still does not work.

I was told when i try to create the table that it already exists.

another update after doing said things none of my forum works i get this error.

The requested URL /html/modules/Forums/admin/modules.php was not found on this server.

help please.

i think i found what is wrong i don't have a mail server on my system and i really don't want to have my site hosted by anyone so does any one know a different way that i can activate the user without sending emails.

any help is great

There are a number of auto-activation hacks for the Your_Account module. That's what you should be using
