When I get the banners inside the theme, the left and right graphics/borders disappear and theres a gap in the theme.
I would like to know the code in the theme.php file to nest the banner inside the theme, below the header but above the content without a break in the theme.
I would even be happy to have it in a little frame like everything else is in.

test the code just after the function blocks("left"); </td> <td> is called. I did not look at your theme code. This is just generally where the code should go in all themes.
