Cannot get this block to work correctly.

It seems so simple, yet I can't seem to get it right. Basically what I want is this.

3 images evenly spaced in a center-top block that are links. This is the code i've come up with so far. It works as far as the images/spacing/links go but the "block border" gets messed up.
