It is possible to form a group so that single they can see some pages of content. it is for doing a restricted area to certain users. If it is not possible to be done with the MSNGroups, Since I can do it?

Wow. Now that is a question.
First, yes it is possible to form a group (even using NSN group) so that 'single they can see some pages of content'.
Unless this is getting lost in translation, use the NSN groups would I and place inside module assigned to the group particular the pages of content see you would like to.
