Edit the Access Denied page & logout problem

Basically, I would like to edit the Access Denied page (I was thinking of adding a link to the login page there). What file do I need to edit? Thanks Wink

Also, has anyone experienced this problem: logging out doesn't seem to work in Firefox: when I press the log out link it says I'm not logged out and then it takes me to the page I was on (as it should), but I'm still logged in. When I tried in IE it worked fine.

This depends - is it an Access Denied page or is it an "Access Denied" message that shows on a blank page - my guess is that it is the latter, in which case it could be any number of locations based on what is causing the Access Denied message to appear...
