running 2.0.21 with ravennuke 2.02.02, no mods, and the img tag in signatures will not work for regular users. if i promote those users to moderator status, the tag will parse, otherwise, just the text is shown.

It might be wise to question this with Raven if you havent already.
If this is a bug with ravennuke I am certain he will have a fix for it.
