I wanted to add a banner at the top, beneath the headers (flash files). Now I checked and saw that my theme.php incorporated the code for Phpnuke < 7.8. Hence my banners module isnt working.
I tried this:
Added "$showbanners= ads(0)" in themeheader() function in theme.php right after the declaration of variables.
Added "$showbanners" in header.html of my theme.
However the banner is not getting displayed. I checked the source of my site as it runs and the script of the ad appears there, but the it just doesnt get displayed.
I added this code in my banners system and selected page top as the position. Yet the banner's not displayed. The impressions are being counted by the banner system though.
