I have been a phpnuker for several years and as of late I have been unable to find reliable coding, modules, blocks, or addons for this CMS. I search google, I search through the main phpnuke sites and many are outdated, broken links, or no longer in service. I have posted questions in which many people have not answered or do not have a definite reply for and it's a little disappointing. However, I love the phpNuke Community and I am determined to stick with this, but does anyone else find themselves the same predicament? Has phpnuke lost a little of its glory, have people moved on to other CMS's like e107, Xoom, Mamba, pn? Just curious to know if there was something else out there.

Can't say I've seen what addons you are looking for. There is definitely more interest in CMS's like Mambo and Joomla now.
I don't think people will create addons for phpNuke without fixing the impression of bad security. And that is a problem given FB's untested, buggy code.
I've only tried one other CMS, which is Joomla, but I only have one site running on this CMS. It's very slick, easy to install and has some good developers behind it, but loads of the modules are commercial and the support is very poor.
If you're looking for a very good active community, then you can stick with Nuke, but try the RavenNuke site: http://ravenphpscripts.com/
Excellent CMS and they are working really hard to get rid of all the bugs and make the code W3C compliant etc.
