When i use turkish chars in Site Name on admin panel, it is not shown at the top properly. the turkish chars seem strange.. Is there a way to use turkish chars on site name like Ö ğ Ü etc..

You have to change the language charset in your language/lang-*.php file

turkish char is iso-8859-9 i changed it to that but not working..

Slightly change check_html function and filter function as well in your mainfile.php.
