I have nuke 7.5, upgraded one ver at a time to 7.8 and then to 7.8 patched. Ran the sql query and the upgraded.php file with no errors. Now when I click on the Your Account Module, it says you can't access this file directly.
Any pointers??

Did you replace your Your_Account module?
Make sure this line is same for all module(very first line in most cases):
