This looks like a problem with your database, although database errors are usually handled more gracefully. You might check your database to see if its working and has the same user / password as well as your Nuke program files to see if anything has been changed.
BTW, I would recommend that you remove the root path from this post as it can be used by script kiddies to harm your site.

Thanks for your reply - I've never seen this problem before, but it ended up being a server issue. Usually when the server is down the whole website was down, but this time it was only the community section and not the static section of the site that was affected. I panicked - but thanks again for the advice!!!
