Cannot login. PLEASE help...

Nuke Sentinel 2.2.0
PHP-Nuke 7.5 patched 3.0

So i've just installed NukeSentinel and the problem is i just can't log in... I made an admin and everything but i guess not right or something... Please someone tell me what's wrong! Here're my files:
