The backround outside of my blocks turns that greyish color, and no matter what i change the bg color to in the phpBB Admin area it stays that way. The text is white, and almost unreadable, once again, no matter what changes i make in the admin area the font colors stay the same.
The images in the left hand column are uploaded to my server in the proper directory, but if you right click and choose "show picture" it says the url is not found on the path, but i have looked via ftp and the files are there.
I'm pretty new to all this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok i fixed the backround color with the css file for the theme, although i still have a small square of the grey in the upper left corner of the screen.
I dont want to start messing with font info in the .css file, but i tried to change a few of the font colors and nothing seems to have happened after i uploaded the modified css file.
I was also able to make the blocks darken with the cfg file, but that doesnt make it any easier to read the actual entries in the forum, just the topic info.
