MESSAGES and Images

Hello

I'm having a problem on a brand new instalation of phpnuke 8.0
When I place an image in a new MESSAGE fromt he Admin Control Panel it doesn't display the image.

What can be the problem?

I tried searching the forums and didn't find a post.

The "img" tag must be allowed in your config.php

I went to that config file before I posted but I was trying the tags jpg and gif

1 means off / no
2 means on / yes

1 - means allow without attributes

for singular tags like

2 - means allow with attributes

for tags such as
