How to center forum?

I'm wondering how I can center the forum so that you do not see the blocks to the left? So the only thing that will display after you click the forums button is the header/with buttons and the forums below it.

I've noticed a few phpnuke themes have it built that way. I'd like to be able to do this to my theme.

I searched and found nothing... after pages and pags.
