In another post of this section I got the following solution for the problem of "Illegal File Access". So I used "define('ADMIN_FILE', true);" in admin.php.
How can I be sure that using this line won't cause security hole? (Since NSN didn't included the line in the first place)
Also need to know how to make it Active! because it shows "! NSN Secure Admin NON Activate !" in the NSN Secure Admin Panel?

This is a NSN Regional release from NukeScripts.fr. I am having the same issue with it showing Non Active even with true statement. Not sure what you are referring to up top about Illegal Access but, I will try to resolve this issue with NSN Secure Admin shortly.
What version of PHP-Nuke are you running and whats the versions of NSN Secure Admin?
