Account Registration Error!

Hey guys Im having a critical error with my registration page once a user reaches the last step and clicks "finish" to activate the account this error message is displayed at the top.

Table 'menowar_osrteam.nuke_users_verify' doesn't exist

NOTE: I have the registration hack installed so no email activation is required, a security question and answer i asked on registration. O and Im using nuke 7.4 patched.

users_verify is not a standard phpNuke table. Looks like you may not have installed the no email hack correctly. Is there an installation to create this table?
