Site hacked, no admin access

Hi there. The site our online baseball league uses was hacked yesterday, and we are now without admin access. I'm wondering how I can get the admin access back up....... Help? Please?

I did read the sticky, but am still having some troubles, as to re-setting up my admin.....

if you still have access to phpmyadmin go to your nukeauthors table and create an admin there

Better still, go to nuke_authors table and empty it. Then visit www.yoursite.com/admin.php to create another admin account.

Sorry to be a complete idiot, but where do I find this author's table.

in phpmyadmin it should be about the first table in the db

Do you have phpmyadmin? Its highly likely that it came pre-installed if you are paying for hosting, take a look at your hosts website or your own control panel.

I'm lookin on my FTP server, and see admin.php

you don't need to access the FTP-server.

Normally when receiving a hosting-packet you get a url (or ip) with pass and nickname so you can login into a system. In most cases this is Cpanel. There you have access to the database administration, this is normally called PHPMyAdmin.

Ask your provider to have access to the SQL-database.

Emptied the authors section, and created a new admin.

Be sure to go to : http://ravenphpscripts.com/ and get the Sentinel Mod so you do not get hacked again.

It works great,.. I would also get the PC Kill to go with it. Caught the 4 people that hacked my site last weekend. and I hope their computers liked the new program that was added. Thanx Raven and all.
