Forums theme same as site theme, how to?

Please visit my site, and help me make the forums and site theme as one. I dont know how to work at it.

Please help. BTW at present my forums are deactivated, and I would like to make them visually compatible with the rest of my site, like they are here at Nuke cops. Also please provide me a link to a manual for the forums, I am a noob Embarassed

Install a theme that has forum templates included
i.e.
http://www.nukecops.com/modules.php?name=Gallery

If I dont want to use that, rather make a template exactly like my own forums. Then how do I do it? Any tutorial for that.

Download an existing theme that has forum templates, see how constructed,
then design your own forum theme from those templates.
